You
will need Payment to bind the coverage.
Most carriers will
require a down payment for personal lines.
Homeowner’s insurance can be taken out of the
customer’s mortgage escrow and all they need to
provide for that is their loan numbers.
Down payments
are typically 2 months of the coverage. Amounts
will be provided after getting the quotes.
If paying by Credit Card
they simply need to sign the Credit Card
Authorization Form.

Checks need to be made
out to
The General Agent
LLC.
Fax in a copy of the check to me at 888-877-3990
along with signed pages. Then mail the actual check
to me at PO BOX 1871 Spring Hill, TN 37174.
NOTE: If paying by check please put Effective
Date at least 7 days in the future. We have to
wait to receive the check and make sure it clears
before coverage can be bound.
