Binding Coverage in 4 easy steps for Auto and Homeowner Insurance

#1: After getting the quotes Click on Quote Proposal or ACORD application. Either one works.

#2: Save the Document to your computer.  I typically save it titled with the client's name.

#3:  **Email the underwriters at  personallines@superioraccess.com  and CC: WesleyBrinson@gmail.com so I can make sure you are assigned to the case.**Important**

Attach the document in the email.  PUT please provide FIRM QUOTE and any other  special instructions in the email.

If Auto Insurance Quote make sure to have the social security number and driver's license number for each driver if it was not listed on the quote.  Also include the actual VIN# for each vehicle.

#4:  It typically takes 24 hours to run the reports and get a firm quote.  You can go to http://www.thegeneralagent.com/PandC.html and log in at the P and C login at the top to check the dashboard.  Only click on the dashboard if it is your client's information.  The dashboard will be the quickest way to check on the firm quote and interact with the underwriters however you will also receive an email.  Once they underwriters respond with the firm quote they will give you all information needed to place coverage.  IF you ever have questions on binding P&C please call:  (800)-272-7550 Pin# 36390 to speak with an underwriter direct.
